Negotiated an option to purchase a tennis club owned by a local church and entered into a Tri-Part Agreement to create a new facility with 3 new courts, together with a residential development to create an increased land value – the funds of which will enable the church to finish the refurbishment extension of the existing building, the long term future of the tennis club and provide us a unique site to develop.
